Which are the documents required for KYC of an NGO?
- PAN of NGO
- Address Proof of NGO
- Canceled cheque of NGO Bank Account from where funds will be invested
- Latest CMR copy as proof of the NGO's Demat Account. In case you do not have it, you can request your Demat provider to share it.
- Self-attested copy of the resolution (to invest in Bonds) along with a list of authorized signatories
- A latest certified true copy of Trust deed
- Certificate of registration
- Self-attested pan card of Trustees authorized to execute the documents.
